Mindful Powers™ stands out as an award-winning, child-centric mindfulness program that takes a holistic approach to assisting young minds in learning and practicing mindfulness techniques. By incorporating elements of play, this program equips children with skills to manage stressful situations more effectively. Mindful Powers™ focuses on fostering a healthier connection with life, stress, and anxiety in young children, empowering them to introduce tranquility into their lives effortlessly.

Geared towards children aged 7 to 10, Mindful Powers™ is seamlessly integrated into their daily routines. The application is user-friendly and engaging, making it accessible for children to incorporate mindfulness practices at any point during their day. The program features two main components:
<ol>
<li>Mindful Play: Voice-guided mindfulness sessions that evolve progressively over 10 interactive sessions, teaching children the fundamentals of mindfulness.</li>
<li>Focus Time: A task timer named Flibbertigibbet™ that assists children in setting boundaries around activities by establishing focused time periods until task completion.</li>
</ol>

The interactive aspect involves soothing the character Flibbertigibbet before each lesson commences, aiding in relaxation and enhanced focus for the activities that follow.

In addition to promoting calmness and relaxation, Mindful Powers helps cultivate skills such as stress reduction, enhanced concentration and focus, emotional regulation, and interpersonal skills development. Dr. Roger Vilardaga, Assistant Professor at Duke University, notes that Mindful Powers™ differs from conventional mindfulness approaches by drawing from contextual behavioral science concepts and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy principles.

The accolades earned by Mindful Powers™ include being recognized as the GOLD Winner in The Davey Awards for Best Mobile Apps/Site in Health & Wellness and The W3 Awards for Best Mobile Apps/Site in Family & Kids. Furthermore, it was named Best Learning App at the Kidscreen Awards 2019 and was a finalist in the 2018 Cynopsis Imagination Awards for Mobile App - K6-11 category.

The curriculum of Mindful Powers™ was formulated in collaboration with Dr. Roger Vilardaga, a Clinical Psychologist and Assistant Professor at Duke University's Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences.
